Stoneset Ring Recap

On May 19th, a group of us came together at the metalledwith studio for the make-and-take stoneset ring class. There were six participants and together we formed a ring, soldered on a bezel cup and set semi precious gemstones inside. The studio is small, which makes things intimate but also leads to great fun while getting to know people. The Thursday night classes are meant to be a time to unwind while learning the basics of a new technique. There are a lot of steps to this project, so it’ll be expanded and offered as a workshop in the future. These little rings are perfect as stackables.
